Long time no see. Studying for university exams is a full time job. The good news is I'm on holiday (kind of, I still have some exams in June) and I plan to relax and do nothing. Being a student is amazing but it also comes with a disadvantage (at least for me) which is the extreme levels of stress and the inability to disconnect from it, I'm always thinking of what I have to do. But now I'm relatively calm and very excited for the 1st of July because I'm going to Sweden to spend the summer there. Anyways, I wanted to show you some things that I bought or received lately.

L'oréal Professionnel Tecni Art Liss Control+

My mother gave me this hair oil by L'oréal for straight hair. I've used it a few times and when I do use it my boyfriend comments my hair looks so nice and loose. I haven't been using it long enough to notice big differences in terms of health in my hair or nutrition but I do think it makes my hair look very shiny (in a non greasy/oily way) and light weight. I have oily hair so I'm very careful with what I put in it because I don't want it to look dull and lack-luster but this one doesn't make it feel heavy or sticky at all.

Pore Refiner by Bioderma

I have been using the pore refiner by Bioderma for a while now because I received a lot of samples with my last purchase at the pharmacy and I loved it so much I decided to get the full size. This thing is amazing, for real! I have really oily skin and this product makes my face matte throughout the entire day (well at least from morning to afternoon, which is usually the time I wear makeup for). I totally recommend it and I'll be doing a review about it on the blog soon-ish. The micellar water came as a gift if you purchased the pore refiner. I have tried their micellar water from the Sensibio line and loved it, this one from the Sebium line I've never tried but so far I don't see a big difference besides the fact that it has a green pigment in it which isn't something I like since pigments irritate my skin. Hurry if you really want to get it because the shop that I liked in the name is doing a 1/3 off price on Bioderma.

Bandelettes

My boyfriend bought it for me after knowing I was after testing it out. So far I'm very unimpressed but I so want to like this, I want it to work. I don't see it working very well for me but I'll give it a few more shots to prove its worth.

Shapewear - Shorts and Skirt Slip

I also ordered these two shapewear items from LaRedoute since I was looking for something to wear under tight dresses. This saturday I'm going to my best friend's graduation ceremony and these came just in time for that. The shorts were a PAIN to get into. Mysteriously enough, once they were on they were so comfy I didn't want to take them off. Weird stuff. They provide great control so I'm going to keep them. The skirt has its problems so I'm going to give it back. It's too short so it fits weirdly above my waist leaving me with some hanging fat over it. Not a cute look.

Cupcake Face Mask by Lush

A lot of people don't know this but if you save the packaging of your Lush products after 5 pots you can go to the shop and get yourself a free fresh face mask, which I did today. I've never tried a Lush face mask because they don't last very long but since it's free who am I to say no! I got the Cupcake face mask because I've heard great things about it and the girl at the shop also recommended it for me. I tried it today for the first time and I only have two things to say so far: 1) it smells really bad and 2) it made my very dehydrated skin super soft so that's a win for me. Will write a review in the future when I have a formed opinion on it.

Já lá vão uns dias desde que postei alguma coisa. Estudar para os exames da faculdade é quase um trabalho a tempo inteiro. A boa notícia é que estou de férias (mais ou menos, ainda tenho exames, por isso não são umas férias muito relaxadas). Ser estudante é divertido e enriquecedor mas vem com as suas desvantagens (pelo menos para mim) que são os níveis elevadíssimos de stress e a incapacidade de me desligar, estou sempre a pensar no que é que tenho para fazer e que trabalhos tenho para entregar. De momento estou relativamente calma e super entusiasmada pois no dia 1 de Julho vou para a Suécia passar o Verão. Neste post quero mostrar-vos algumas coisas que comprei ou recebi ultimamente.

L'oréal Professionnel Tecni Art Liss Control+

A minha mãe deu-me este óleo que é próprio para cabelos lisos. Ainda só o usei algumas vezes mas quando o uso o meu namorado comenta que o cabelo parece mais solto e bonito. Não tenho muito a dizer sobre ele por enquanto pois não o usei por tempo suficiente para ter uma opinião mas até aqui gosto bastante dele. Tenho o cabelo oleoso por isso não gosto de usar muitos produtos mas este óleo não me faz sentir que tenho o cabelo pesado ou sem movimento.

Pore Refiner da Bioderma

Já ando a usar o pore refiner há algum tempo pois recebi bastantes amostras na última compra que fiz na farmácia e gostei tanto que comprei-o esta semana. Adoro este produto, não podia estar mais satisfeita. Tenho a pele do rosto muito oleosa mas com o pore refiner fico com a pele matte durante quase todo o dia. Recomendo-o e irei fazer uma review no blog, o único ponto contra é mesmo o preço (20€ por 30g nas farmácias) mas também um bocadinho do produto cobre a cara toda por isso ainda vai durar uns bons meses. Com a compra do pore refiner recebi a água micelar Sebium de oferta (100mL) e a promoção ainda existe nas farmácias por isso aproveitem se quiserem. Podem comprar nas farmácias mas esta loja está a fazer descontos de 1/3 do preço em todos os produtos Bioderma.

Bandelettes

Foram-me oferecidas no meu aniversário e, honestamente, estou muito desiludida. Queria muito gostar deste artigo pois acho que a ideia é boa mas até ao momento não tem cumprido com a sua função. Vou usar mais vezes para testar melhor mas acho que não vale a pena comprá-las se estiverem a pensar nisso (infelizmente).

Calções e saia adelgaçantes

Eu gosto muito de roupa adelgaçante, acho que faz toda a diferença se quiser usar uma roupa mais justa. Encomendei estes calções e saia da LaRedoute. Os calções foram um caso sério para vestir! Até estava com medo de os romper de tão apertados que são (comprei um tamanho acima do meu e mesmo assim custou a passar nas pernas). No entanto depois de estarem vestidos são tão confortáveis que não os queria tirar, acho que lhes vou dar imenso uso. A saia infelizmente tem os seus problemas por isso acho que a vou devolver.

Máscara fresca Cupcake da Lush

Muitas pessoas não sabem isto mas se guardarem as embalagens do que compram na Lush ao fim de 5 podem ir à loja trocá-las por uma máscara fresca. Fui lá hoje e trouxe a máscara Cupcake pois já li reviews a dizer que é muito boa e a menina da loja também a recomendou para o meu tipo de pele. Experimentei-a esta tarde pela primeira vez e as minhas primeiras impressões são: 1) cheira mal e 2) deixou-me a pele suave que nem um bebé. Vou usá-la mais vezes e depois escrevo uma review para vocês.

Face Form by Sleek

You might have seen this in one of my wishlists a few weeks ago and I got it in a trip to Sephora. I love it, super pigmented, need to be careful with the blush though since it's shimmery. I got it in the colour Light.

Makeup remover Sephora

Nothing exciting here, just an all-rounded good eye makeup remover. I don't wear that much eye make-up except for parties or special events, so I'm not the best person to advise you on eye make-up removers. I like this one, does its job, cheap and accessible.

Kimono from Pull&Bear

Gorgeous, I am so in love with this kimono. I'm glad I found it. It's beautiful with the crochet details and it's so light weight, perfect for spring and summer.

Shoes from Primark

I thought these were adorable and they're actually really comfy.

Sandals from Ipanema

The most comfortable sandals I've owned (this is my third pair), I love the cut and the fit of it.

Bag from a local shop

I pass by that shop everyday on my way to school and although I don't use a backpack on a daily basis I really wanted one for holidays or day trips. This one is adorable and came really handy on a few trips to the beach/hiking.

Lipstick by Essence

You've seen this lipstick on the spring tag post. I love the colour, it's pretty close to my natural lip colour except it's a tad darker. Lovely and super cheap. The colour is called "barely there".

Floral crown from Primark

I forgot to take a picture, you can check it out in my hello spring post. Don't think I can rock this at school but it's too darn cute.

Bikini bottom from Primark

I was looking for very simple bikini bottoms, black and high waisted. These ticked all the boxes and are super comfy.

Leggings from Primark

I do not recommend these leggings even though they're pretty cheap. I bought them to serve as tights since as leggings they're pretty sheer, the fabric is too thin so it's not flattering at all and the tummy part is longer than the back so they feel like pregnancy leggings.

Comprei umas coisinhas nas férias da Páscoa e queria mostrar-vos antes que esgotem no caso de quererem comprar alguma coisa.

Face Form da Sleek

Já vos tinha mostrado este kit numa wishlist e acabei  por comprá-lo. Comprei a cor mais clarinha que se chama Light. Podem encontrá-lo na Sephora a 13€. Estou a adorar, especialmente o highlighter. O blush é o que menos uso porque é muito pigmentado e tem shimmer, pelo que ainda não me habituei a ver-me com ele.

Desmaquilhante de olhos da Sephora

Este desmaquilhante não tem muito que se lhe diga, é bastante simples mas remove bem a maquilhagem, Quase não uso maquilhagem de olhos por isso este serve perfeitamente para quando é necessário e é bastante acessível (penso que custou 4.95€).

Kimono da Pull&Bear

Encontrei este kimono por acaso quando estava a passar pela Pull&Bear, nem gosto muito da loja mas de vez em quando tem umas pérolas por lá perdidas no meio das franjas e das lantejoulas. O tecido é muito levezinho, óptimo para a primavera e verão.

Sapatos da Primark

Já se sabe que os sapatos da Primark é para usar uns mesinhos e depois vão para o lixo porque se estragam todos. Ainda assim não resisti e comprei estes sapatos que achei giríssimos e por acaso até são muito confortáveis.

Sandálias da Ipanema

Este é o meu corte preferido de sandálias e não uso outras sandálias sem ser estas. São super confortáveis e espero que a Ipanema continue a fazer este formato ad infinitum.

Mochila - loja local

Comprei numa loja dos chineses que há no Calvário, caso queiram comprar uma. Custou 15.95€, é muito gira e finalmente comprei-a depois de andar a namorá-la na montra e a pensar se lhe iria dar uso. Foi muito útil nas férias quando fui para a praia e a Sintra.

Batom da Essence

Já vos mostrei este batom no post Spring Tag e gosto muito dele. É quase da mesma cor que os meus lábios mas ligeiramente mais escura. A cor chama-se barely there. 

Coroa de flores da Primark

Esqueci-me de tirar uma fotografia mas podem ver a coroa no meu post Hello Spring. Não sei muito bem que uso lhe dar mas adoro.

Cueca bikini da Primark

Andava à procura de uma parte de baixo preta, simples e de cintura subida. Foram baratas e muito confortáveis.

Leggings pretas da Primark

Custaram 4€ mas sinceramente não recomendo. De péssima qualidade, a parte da barriga é mais longa que a parte de trás por isso parecem leggings de grávida, super desconfortáveis.

I'm sorry that I didn't post the weight loss journal yesterday, but I really didn't have motivation for it to be honest, I'm a bit down on motivation to work out. Maybe today I'll have some extra motivation since game of thrones is coming out and I'm so excited and in a great mood! Now off to the post of today.

We're supposed to say what we would love to have from international shops that don't ship to our country/have stupidly expensive shipping. I can't tell you the amount of times I wish I could buy something, but it's either too expensive to ship to me or the shop doesn't even ship it to Portugal. This post is about that. My impossible wishlist. The things I'd love to have but chances are I never will.

Best shops for plus size women

Being plus size is still a bit of a struggle when it comes to finding fashionable clothes that don't break the bank. Over the years I've come across a lot of brands that offer good options for plus size women. I'm a big fan of online shopping so some of these options will be online shopping options, if that's not your thing there's some physical shops too on this list.

Forever21 (XL to 3X)

The golden child. I love Forever21, it's probably my favourite shop and I don't see this love affair coming to an end anytime soon. The clothes in their plus size range are very affordable and so so cute. It's likely you'll have a Forever21 around, I don't because I'm in Portugal so I shop online. If you don't have one around and you need to pay for shipping, here's a little tip: if you subscribe to their newsletter they'll send you a 6€ discount by e-mail, which will help pay for the shipping.

H&M+ (up to a size 54)

Not all H&M shops carry their H&M+ range, so check on their website which do so you can check it out. There's too much hate in the plus size community when it comes to H&M and the way they seem to neglect their plus size range. We need to keep in mind that H&M is just starting out into selling plus size clothes, they need time to grow and develop. I personally cannot complain, they do offer a very small variety of clothes but the ones they do offer are great quality, good size range and very fashionable. Definitely a shop to keep an eye on and see where they take their plus size range.

ASOS curve (up to a uk size 28)

I find ASOS very overpriced, at least by Portuguese standards, but they still offer an amazing array of beautiful clothes and their size selection is amazing. Their shipping is pretty quick too which is always a plus.

La Redoute (up to a size 60)

I highly recommend La Redoute. Not the most stylish place, that's true, but if you keep an eye on it you'll find great deals.

Primark (up to a size 20)

The place where I shop the most. The prices are so low I just can't contain myself. The clothes are always in trend and very cute. Not the best quality clothes, that's true, but you can't expect much when you pay that cheap for clothes. Personally I do not like their jeans, I don't think they're well tailored to a plus size body and they're ill-fitting. Anything else (shirts, dresses, skirts, etc) I really like.

C&A (up to size 54)

I'm not entirely sure if this shop is easily accessible in a lot of countries, I still wanted to mention it in case you get find it around you because it is without a doubt the best place I've found to buy plus size jeans. Their jeans are so well constructed for plus size bodies, they carry a ton of different options and the price is very friendly.

Since I'm in Portugal and I don't have easy access to a lot of shops, I can only recommend you the ones I did try. Even so, I'd like to leave you with a little list of shops I have found along the way and that carry very cute plus size clothes. I have not ordered from these shops (yet) so I cannot provide information on the quality or fit of the clothes but I've seen other bloggers that love them.

Fashion to Figure - LOVE EVERYTHING! Unfortunately there's no shipping to Portugal. Maybe one day.

Simply Be - a bit on the pricey side in my opinion, but the clothes look so high quality and well made.

George - sooo cheap, it's a shame I can't get my hands on their items without paying for shipping. I hate paying for shipping!

Missguided - Another regular sizes shop that decided to start making plus size clothes. It's amazing that shops are starting to realize they need to offer more size diversity. Their clothes are cute but pricey.

Boohoo (up to a size 54) - it's growing on me more and more. Very sexy and daring kind of style, it's not for everyone, but I'm starting to absolutely love it. Free shipping worldwide.

Lane Bryant - old fashioned for my taste but you might like it.

Dorothy Perkins - Love it, specially their dress selection. The prices are quite affordable and they go on sale often.

Torrid (up to a size 58) - I love everything in it, very worth for the jeans as far as I know.

Evans (up to a size 60) - Super worth it for the great lingerie at an accessible price.

New look (up to a 56) - Very trendy and young clothes.

Big tights company - if you want tights, I soooo want to make an order in this shop.

Since I think this is a very useful thing to know, I'll create a menu section with this information so you'll find it whenever you want to.

Se antigamente era difícil encontrar peças que servissem a mulheres mais cheínhas, hoje em dia temos mais opções de escolha. Ao longo dos anos fui descobrindo em que lojas se encontram as melhores opções (a um preço em conta) e quero partilhar convosco uma pequena lista das lojas que mais gosto. Sou grande adepta de encomendas online por isso algumas destas opções são de lojas que não existem em Portugal e que têm de encomendar pela internet.

Primark (até ao tamanho 52)

É o sítio onde compro mais roupa. Os preços são tão baixos que vale mesmo a pena. As roupas que vendem seguem as tendências e são mesmo giras. Não é a loja que oferece a melhor qualidade em termos de tecidos e construcção das peças, é verdade, mas também pelo preço que se paga não se pode esperar muito. Pessoalmente detesto as calças da Primark, não acho que estejam bem construídas para um corpo mais cheínho e não acho que fiquem bem. O resto adoro, vou lá imensas vezes e até hoje não fiquei desiludida (excepto com as calças).

C&A (46 até 54 se não me engano)

Não é a minha loja preferida em termos gerais, acho-a muito antiquada, mas na minha opinião é o melhor local para comprar calças. São de óptima qualidade, têm opções diferentes que nunca mais acabam (até fico um bocado assoberbada quando lá vou porque não sei por onde começar), duram bastante tempo e têm uma larga selecção de tamanhos.

Forever21 (XL até 3X)

A jóia da coroa. Adoro esta loja, não existe em Portugal mas podem encomendar online. O preço dos portes de envio para Portugal são 6€ (dica: se subscreverem à newsletter mandam-vos um email com 6€ de desconto, o que paga os portes).

H&M+ (até ao 54)

Nem todas as H&M vendem a gama H&M+, se estiverem em Lisboa eu sei que a do Chiado tem. Se não encontrarem nenhuma loja que venda a gama de tamanhos grandes podem sempre encomendar online pois esta semana a H&M lançou a sua loja online. A gama tem poucas peças é verdade, mas as que tem são de óptima qualidade, o preço não é dos mais baratos mas também não é nada do outro mundo. Vale muito a pena espreitar, principalmente para calças e casacos que são difíceis de encontrar se forem mais cheínhas.

ASOS (até ao 56)

Pessoalmente acho que é uma loja muito cara, mas vale a pena para encontrar peças de boa qualidade que não encontrem em mais lado nenhum. O espectro de tamanhos é bastante bom também e geralmente a gama que eles consideram "tamanhos regulares" vai até ao tamanho 48/50, o que já é plus size e encontra-se roupas muito giras lá. Estou muito satisfeita com os artigos que lá encomendei ao longo dos anos e com o envio que é sempre muito rápido. Os portes de envio são grátis.

La Redoute (até ao tamanho 60)

Os tamanhos variam muito de acordo com os artigos, mas a gama normal vai geralmente até ao 50 e a gama de tamanhos grandes até ao 60. Não é a loja mais trendy, é verdade. Não digo que a roupa seja antiquada mas parece que o público alvo são pessoas com uns bons anos acima dos meus. No entanto é uma loja onde encomendo com bastante frequência, se estiverem de olho encontram peças com um óptimo desconto e o atendimento ao cliente é excelente. Os portes de envio custam 3€ e as devoluções são grátis. Se estiverem atentas encontram muitas promoções com portes de envio grátis.

Outras lojas onde nunca encomendei mas que explorar mas oferecem boas opções plus size (até à data todas elas enviam para Portugal):

Simply Be - não acho uma loja nada barata mas as peças são de óptima qualidade pelo que já ouvi dizer.

George - preços muito baratos e coisas muito giras. Os portes são 6£ se não me engano.

Missguided - começaram recentemente a vender a sua linha plus size mas já encomendei da loja há uns anos da linha regular. Não é bem o meu estilo mas pode ser o vosso por isso espreitem.

Boohoo (até ao 54) - cada vez mais gosto desta loja. Tem um estilo bastante arrojado e atrevido e estou desejosa de fazer uma encomenda. Tem portes grátis para todo o mundo.

Lane Bryant - Loja antiquada (na minha opinião) e cara.

Dorothy Perkins - Adoro, peças giríssimas a um preço acessível (em algumas coisas). Têm saldos com alguma frequência.

Torrid (até ao tamanho 58) - Adoro muitas coisas nesta loja, mas é bastante cara. No entanto merece ser mencionada.

Evans (até ao tamanho 60) - Loja de alta qualidade mas cara. Vale muito a pena pela lingerie.

New look (até ao 56) - adoro, tem coisas lindas, nunca calhou encomendar por acaso mas gosto muito de ver as novidades.

NOTA: Já fiz muitas encomendas online ao longo dos anos e aprendi com alguns erros. Se encomendarem alguma coisa fora da Europa certifiquem-se de que o preço final não ultrapassa 40€ para não pagarem taxas alfandegárias em Portugal Continental.

New In | Forever21 & others

This post features an order I made on Forever21 and some other things I got in Sweden. I cannot express how much I like Forever21, I'm constantly checking for newly added items on their plus size range. I'm also very impressed with how fast I received the order - I ordered it on a Wednesday night and got it on the Friday, how fast is that! Not even Portugal's domestic shipping is this fast, and Portugal is a very tiny country, can't be hard to drive some packages around. I had seen this dress before, two months ago or so, and it stayed in the back of my mind. So when I saw the shirt and decided to make an order I knew the dress had to come too.

The shirt from Forever21 fits really well, it's just not very well manufactured unfortunately - the button holes have a lot of loose threads so it's hard to unbutton the shirt without pulling on threads. Other than that I'm happy with it, the back is really cute.

The dress is gorgeous and the fabric is very flowy, I believe this is from their winter collection but it feels more like a summer dress. I wanted to do an outfit of the day featuring this dress but it feels very summery so I'll hold onto it until the warmer weather.

The next two items are for my mother, her birthday is coming up. I hope she's not reading this, I don't think she reads my blog, she's a bit technologically challenged so I believe I'm safe. I originally meant to buy something else but then I saw this skirt and my mother actually tried to make a skirt like this but the seamstress didn't get the brief and it didn't turn out as she hoped. It has two mesh panels across the legs but since it's so long it doesn't look trashy like others I've seen. Both the top and the skirt are sold out, you can find a similar style to the top at Forever 21. 

I bought some coconut oil, I'm a true coconut oil fan. In Portugal it's quite pricey but here it was at an affordable price. I use it for a lot of things, from hair treatments to shaving. I've been using it for a while but never payed attention to the quality of it, just bought it on iherb, the cheapest I could find. I guess it's important to get the good quality, organic cold pressed one, because this one I bought actually smells like coconuts. The previous ones from iherb didn't smell like anything at all so I guess that's not good. There are many uses for it, I can make a post on it later.

This smells divine! It reminds me of the Porridge soap by Lush (lovely by the way) and I would eat it if I wasn't afraid of stomach repercussions. It feels exactly the same as the popular body butters from The Body Shop but at a fraction of the price (it was around 2€).

Shaving cream - pretty self explanatory. This brand is Geminy (I've never heard about it before) but I'm curious to try it. It's for sensitive skin and it's supposed to not cause irritation, but they all say that as a marketing trick so I'll believe it when I see it. I'm very late to the game with dry shampoos, I've never tried one and never had much use for it either. This one is by Batiste, a very well known brand, and it's the Original version. Although my hair is oily and I know you shouldn't wash your hair every single day I still do it (and will probably always do it) so dry shampoo isn't really a necessity. Neste post mostro-vos uma encomenda que fiz no site da Forever21 e outras coisas que fui comprando na Suécia. Adoro a Forever21 e estou sempre a ver o que têm de novo na linha plus size. Fiquei também muito impressionada com a rapidez com que recebi a encomenda - encomendei numa quarta-feira à noite e recebi na sexta-feira à tarde. Não sei como fizeram a entrega tão rapidamente pois nem o correio doméstico num país tão pequeno como Portugal é assim tão rápido mas fiquei muito satisfeita. Já tinha visto o vestido antes, há cerca de dois meses atrás, e fiquei com ele na cabeça. Quando numa outra visita ao site vi a camisa decidi encomendá-la e mandar vir o vestido também.

A camisa é da Forever21 e serve muito bem mas infelizmente não é de boa qualidade - os buracos para os botões têm muitas linhas soltas e o que torna difícil desabotoar a camisa. Tirando isso, a camisa é muito gira, principalmente a parte de trás.

O vestido é lindo e gosto muito do padrão floral. Não é para todos, há quem odeie flores, eu cá gosto muito. Penso que o vestido é da colecção de Inverno embora o tecido seja muito veranil por isso não penso usá-lo até estar mais calor.

Os próximos dois artigos também são da Forever21 e são presentes de aniversário para a minha mãe. Espero que ela não esteja a ler, eu acho que ela não lê o meu blog. Tecnologias não são o forte dela por isso acho que estou segura. Tanto o top como a saia estão esgotados mas podem encontrar um estilo semelhante ao top aqui.

Comprei óleo de coco, uso-o para várias coisas. Em Portugal o preço não é muito amigável mas este comprei-o a um preço acessível. É óptimo para o cabelo ou como hidratante para a pele.

Este creme tem um cheirinho tão bom! Faz lembrar o sabonete Porridge da Lush e cheira mesmo a chocolate. A textura é exactamente igual às body butters da The Body Shop mas a uma fracção do preço - esta custou 20sek (cerca de 2€).

Creme depilatório - não há muito a dizer. Já o usei e até agora estou a gostar, mas sinceramente chateia-me muito fazer a depilação. Estou seriamente a pensar fazer depilação a laser porque não há paciência para estar sempre a fazer a depilação e ainda por cima tenho a pele muito sensível e costumo ter alergia a certos produtos. A marca deste é Geminy (nunca ouvi falar) mas estou curiosa para experimentar. Já vou tarde nisto dos shampoos secos, mas como este estava com desconto decidi experimentar. A marca é bem conhecida (Batiste) e este é o original. Pretendo usá-lo para dar textura ao cabelo quando faço penteados.

By the time you read this I'll be on my way to the beautiful Sweden and I'm so excited. Will try to do some posts about what I've been doing there. Back to the topic of this post, on Saturday I went shopping to check the sales and I must say I'm not impressed. That said, I did get a few things, the majority of them not on sale, so I thought I could show you. Every time I go shopping Primark is always the first stop and usually I find everything I want there. I love it, it's cheap and very up to date with the trends, the quality of the materials isn't amazing but you can't expect much when you pay 5€ for a dress.

Quando estiverem a ler este post eu estarei a caminho da Suécia e estou tão entusiasmada. Vou tentar fazer alguns posts sobre o que tenho feito por lá. Voltando ao tópico deste post, fui às compras no sábado ver como estavam os saldos e não fiquei bem impressionada, já estava tudo muito escolhido e não encontrei nada de especial. No entanto, acabei por comprar algumas coisas que vos quero mostrar, a maioria não estava em saldos. Sempre que vou às compras passo primeiro pela Primark e costumo encontrar tudo o que quero ou preciso lá. Gosto muito da loja, as coisas são baratíssimas e sempre actualizadas com as últimas tendências. A qualidade dos tecidos não é a melhor, mas também não se pode esperar muito quando se paga 5€ por um vestido.

I found this really cute jumper, unfortunately it wasn't on sale. The full price was 15€ which isn't bad for a jumper, they tend to be more expensive than that in other shops. It's sort of a taupe colour and has beautiful crochet detailing along the shoulders and sleeves. I got it in a size 20.

Encontrei esta camisola de malha, mas infelizmente não estava em saldos. Custou 15€ o que é um preço razoável para estas camisolas, costumam ser mais caras noutras lojas. É assim um castanho clarinho, ou será um bege escuro? Não sou boa com cores, mas gostei muito dos detalhes em crochet ao longo dos ombros e das mangas. Comprei-a no tamanho 20.

If you know me, you know at least two things about me: 1) I will NOT sleep without socks on (nightmares just thinking about it) and 2) I love me some pyjamas. And with pyjamas (at least for me) the pants are the first thing to wear out so I have a lot of shirts with no matching pants. Decided to get a new pair, also from Primark, for 8€. They're pretty basic cotton grey pants, the lace in the front is satin and there's a floral pattern in the pockets. I think they're really comfy (just tried them on though, haven't slept in them yet). They're really stretchy so I sized down to a 14/16.

Quem me conhece, sabe pelo menos duas coisas sobre mim: 1) eu não consigo dormir sem meias e 2) adoro pijamas. Não sei se vos acontece o mesmo mas as minhas calças de pijama estragam-se com facilidade por isso tenho muitas camisolas que já não têm o seu par de calças. Comprei umas calças na Primark por 8€ (não estavam em saldos). São bastante básicas, algodão de cor cinzenta, o laço à frente é de cetim e têm um padrão floral na zona dos bolsos. Acho-as muito confortáveis, pelo menos quando as experimentei. O tecido estica muito por isso comprei o tamanho abaixo do que costumo trazer da Primark - 14/16.

Da Primark também trouxe alguns artigos de decoração que estavam em saldos.

I didn't check many shops because the bag from Primark was heavy and I didn't want to carry it around but I did stop by H&M for a quick look and found these fake eyelashes for 2€ (the original price is 5€). My boyfriend doesn't understand the thrill of finding something for over 50% discount even if it only costs 5€ to begin with, but I'm sure you ladies can understand. I like these ones because they have a clear band and since I don't wear eyeliner (I am really not skilled with eyeliners) they blend in seamlessly with my own lashes.

Não fui a muitas lojas porque o saco da Primark era pesado e não estava com vontade de o carregar pelas lojas mas parei para uma visita rápida na H&M e encontrei estas pestanas falsas a 2€ (o preço original é 5€). Eu gosto destas porque a banda é transparente em vez de preta e como eu não uso eyeliner (não tenho jeitinho nenhum, senão até usava) estas ficam melhor porque se camuflam com as minhas pestanas naturais.

Lastly I just stopped by Lush very quickly, not on the same day. They did have very nice sales, mostly on their bath bombs and other bath related items, but I don't usually bathe - I shower - so I don't have use for them. I bought the Eau di Roma toner to try it out. I've used the Tea Tree Water toner before and I liked it, but now I wanted something a bit more gentle so bought that one.

Por último tenho um toner da Lush, onde fui muito rapidamente (mas não no mesmo dia). Tinham imensas coisas em saldos o que não costumo ver na Lush, mas a maioria era artigos de banho e como não costumo tomar banhos de imersão não tenho uso para eles. Comprei o toner Eau di Roma para experimentar - costumo usar o toner Tea Tree Water mas agora quero um mais gentil para a pele.
